Ideal candidate description:  A successful candidate will have a background in construction or architectural administration; Proficiency in Revit or BIM modeling and Cad program; Microsoft office applications and can effectively read MEP documents, drawing and spec sheets;  Experience with Energy and/or Preventive Maintenance programs i.e.: Maximo or The Chief is preferred.  Candidate must be comfortable around a maintenance and construction environment.  This position will require working some scheduled weekend, holiday and evening hours.

Position Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and organize construction drawing and specification databases.   Individual must be proficient in Revit, Cad and/or Bluebeam.  
  • Creating, writing & managing department data bases, tracking system(s) and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assist department head by accurately completing the following:
    • Track department productivity via PM programs or tracking systems.
    • Assess quality control and standard operating procedures, and provide evaluation and recommendations accordingly
    • Perform detail property inspection for the purpose of ensuring maintenance programs are working effectively
    • Develop spreadsheets and other forms as needed to make department more efficient 
    • Facilitate documentation of processes and troubleshooting procedures
    • Assist in tracking of materials for special projects or construction
  • Develops general plans for projects for following year.
  • Once the individual has established this new role, supplemental responsibilities may be added including but not limited to:  project supervision, game and or other special event support as needed.   

 The ideal candidate will possess:

  • College degree. Technical degree preferred with strong computer and data entry skills.
  • CONTINUING EDUCATION: As needed and agreed by management and employee.
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented person who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures and the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds in all levels within the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility, sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Must be a team player, who cares about the team's work and success.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Able to work long hours, overtime, weekends and occasional holidays.
  • Must complete a successful Criminal and Credit background check.
