Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Learn and understand product brands to best assist customers
  • Recommend, select, and help obtain merchandise based on customers' needs
  • Willingness to work as a team to reach daily sales goals
  • Assist management team in restocking store inventory
  • Assist management team in providing a clean store appearance.
  • Receive and assist checking-in merchandise from distribution centers and cross-checking proper inventory paperwork
  • Answer customer questions regarding the Atlanta Braves and SunTrust Park
  • Responsible for Retail Pro functions including sales transactions, inventory quantities, and daily reports
  • Process payments of totaling purchases including processing cash, credit cards, loaded tickets, Braves Bucks, and employee chip redemption payments
  • Ability to record and complete phone orders in accordance with the proper store procedures
  • Assisting the Authentic Collectibles Store located in SunTrust Park during Braves home games
  • Helping to process merchandise in the retail distribution centers located at SunTrust Park and/or the off-site distribution center
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Knowledge and comfortability discussing Atlanta Braves baseball
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in a retail environment
  • Sports Arena customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to work 29.5 hours a week, long hours, weekends and all holidays
  • Shipping, receiving or order processing skills is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of computer skills to operate Retail Pro POS and inventory system
  • Excellent customer skills, ability to work well with the general public and fellow employees
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented person who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility, sense of urgency and accountability
  • Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and an ability to relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be a team player, who cares about the team's work and success
  • Must complete a successful Criminal and Credit background check
