Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Assist the Entertainment Manager to ensure that all elements of Game Entertainment are implemented correctly and follow the company's values.  Game Entertainment includes all in-game entertainment activations and Braves special events.

  • Provide high-quality, world-class entertainment experiences at all Braves home games and special events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Marketing initiatives, Braves events, and gameday operations.
  • Act as Stage Manager for game days and during non-game special events, as assigned.
  • Perform gameday administrative tasks.   
  • Assign daily gameday roles for Tomahawk Team, Heavy Hitters, and ATL Breakers.
  • Manage National Anthem submissions, load-ins, and sound checks.
  • Source and book bands and entertainers for the Braves plaza and special events.
  • Advance and coordinate logistics for entertainers.
  • Create rundowns, logistic sheets and game charts as assigned
  • Log & track prizing for plaza and in-game.
  • Maintain Entertainment website pages and calendars. 
  • Coordinate all outside appearance requests.
  • Conduct event site visits and accompany entertainment teams to select off-site events.
  • Supervise staff and contracted performers.
  • Schedule staff for all games, special events, & practices.
  • Assist the Entertainment Manager with tracking, inputting staff hours and managing payroll.
  • Lead the recruitment of front office volunteers as needed for large events.
  • Facilitate ticket and credential requests.
  • Maintain inventory of assets for the entertainment teams, theme nights, and special events. 
  • Ensure the entertainment teams represent the Braves brand in a positive manner. 
  • Act as a Braves Ambassador at all events and games.
  • Attend regular meetings and perform office duties as assigned.
  • Perform other entertainment and event duties as assigned.

 The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • College graduate or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a sports, entertainment, or hospitality setting.
  • Possess highly creative skills and able to contribute to a brainstorming environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, dedication, and reliability.
  • Understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures and an ability to relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various outdoor conditions including extreme temperatures & rain.
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends and occasional holidays
  • Reliable transportation and driving proficiency.  A valid driver's license is required.
  • Possess a good business acumen with office and administrative experience, including: computing skills (Microsoft Office), verbal communication, organization, and appropriate attire.
  • Must complete a successful Criminal and Credit background check.
