Position Overview:  Experienced accounting professional to manage the day-to-day treasury/accounting functions, including cash management and other general treasury functions.  This position will require working closely with Accounting and Finance as well as communicating routinely with the Parent Company of the reporting of cash and debt balances, intercompany transfers and, debt compliance. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Manage cash operations including entering wire transfers and cash settlement
  • Manage daily cash balances
  • Ensure activities posted to cash accounts are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner
  • Prepare basic, standard journal entries to the general ledger
  • Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts
  • Prepare cash projections and forecasts
  • Perform monthly cash and debt reconciliations
  • Prepare debt compliance reporting
  • Manage debt service requirements, including cash reserve and restricted cash requirements
  • Oversee bank accounts and cash management banking relationships
  • Administer bank reporting websites
  • Other Ad Hoc requests from the business or finance leaders. 


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years experience in treasury functions
  • 4-year degree in finance or accounting;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with others
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and in collaboration with others, in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing
  • Strong analytical skills
