Premium Partnerships Trainee
Reports to: Director, Premium Partnerships
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide superior customer service to clients - existing premium seating ticket holders, prospects and single game customers
- Assist premium sales and service team in generating new business, renewing current club members and managing premium contractual agreements
- Facilitate sales and service through inbound calls while maintaining a minimum level of outbound calls
- Gameday duties with an executive presence which include solving ticket issues, visiting premium club members, and providing superior customer service
- Data entry of contractual agreements into Salesforce CRM
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in sales, service or sports-related fields preferred
- Proactive, organized and detail oriented person who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency
- Ability to work long hours, overtime, weekends and occasional holidays
- Must complete a successful background check
