Premium Partnerships Trainee

Reports to: Director, Premium Partnerships

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide superior customer service to clients - existing premium seating ticket holders, prospects and single game customers
  • Assist premium sales and service team in generating new business, renewing current club members and managing premium contractual agreements
  • Facilitate sales and service through inbound calls while maintaining a minimum level of outbound calls
  • Gameday duties with an executive presence which include solving ticket issues, visiting premium club members, and providing superior customer service
  • Data entry of contractual agreements into Salesforce CRM


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in sales, service or sports-related fields preferred
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented person who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency
  • Ability to work long hours, overtime, weekends and occasional holidays
  • Must complete a successful background check
