Company Overview: The Atlanta Braves are seeking a passionate, driven individual to join the Front Office of the longest continuously operating franchise in Major League Baseball. As a Front Office employee, you will be working with a first-of-its kind Major League Baseball park with a mixed-use development and community. Position Overview: The Atlanta Braves are seeking an innovative, experienced and proactive sales professional to sell premium seats and suites at SunTrust Park.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sell premium club seats and suites through cold calling, prospecting, networking, face-to-face meetings, and referrals
  • Strategically identify new premium business opportunities
  • Work well in a team environment supporting the success of others
  • Meet and exceed all sales goals
  • Accurately track sales activity and sales progress through Salesforce CRM
  • Work within the Archtics ticketing system
  • Assist in the completion of contracts for sold inventory
  • Attend Braves and other events in the greater Atlanta market (including Atlanta Braves home games at SunTrust Park) with the purpose of generating new business
  • Other duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university
  • A minimum of 3 years' sales experience, with a sports team, premium seating or entity preferred
  • Prior history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong listening skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable presenting information to high-level executives and large groups
  • Ability to anticipate client's needs and proactively find solutions
  • Team player who demonstrates a consistent positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, organized self-starter with strong ability to multi-task
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Archtics, contract negotiation & Salesforce CRM experience a plus
  • Willingness to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Must complete a successful background check
