The Atlanta Braves is seeking an Atlanta based digital marketing strategist to assist in planning and developing of content for the Hispanic fan base through Los Bravos platforms. The priority focus of this job is specific to the US Hispanic fan; however, this person will also identify opportunities to leverage content in other Latino/Hispanic markets (e.g. Mexico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, etc.) where appropriate. In this role, the coordinator will assist with creating content to engage the Hispanic audience on league and club digital and social properties. This position will work hand-in-hand and report in to the Sr. Director of Diversity Marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create the most compelling educational and entertaining content to establish and deepen Hispanic fan avidity. Select, prioritize, edit and post content of all types (text, video, photo, audio, etc.)
  • Assist with communication with the design team, internal stakeholders, and MLBAM on the development and updating of pages for
  • Assist in delivery of digital content for publishing on and the Ballpark App
  • Execute the delivery of digital marketing assets to internal and external parties
  • Assist with social monitoring in-game & work directly with the Guest Services team
  • Undertake content audit/inventory and analysis for relevant content to be leveraged for the Hispanic fan base
  • Ensure that all content is grammatically correct and factually accurate and that writing style is consistent with Los Bravos as well as MLB Digital Media's editorial policies


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A robust skill-set, including exceptional oral, written and visual communication skills, organization, digital analytics in both English and Spanish
  • A digital and social native with a high-level of comfort and knowledge of key platforms
  • Proven examples of digital and social media marketing and engagement experience
  • Familiarity with digital trends and technology, sports and popular culture
  • A highly organized self-starter
  • A strong track record managing social media channels for an established brand preferred
  • The ability to work flexible hours including gamedays and in office hours
